Such are what I use to describe our wedding colors when someone asks. Althoooogh, inside my head I'm thinking "...with a hint of gold, orange, blue, brighter reds, etc."
Our talavera centerpieces have a lot going on in terms of color. We'll be adding some more talavera goods to the mix in the future, so the colors will only be getting louder.
I'd much rather describe our color palette in one word: festive. But, for the sake of simplicity and having our bridesmaids and groomsmens wear similar colors, we settled on a more traditional description: Deep Wine & Champagne.
Appropriate for an autumn wedding, easy to mix & match with other colors, simple.
Does anyone else agree that using a mood to describe your color palette is totally acceptable?
